The Lifestep journey

The Lifestep journey takes young people through six defined steps, which are explained below. Each step is appropriate to their stage in education or employment, and builds on what has been learned and experienced in previous steps. At each step, they can select a combination of structured mentoring/coaching, hands-on experiences and short courses.

We provide structure and consistency, combined with a sharp focus on achieving the desired outcome: equipping our young people with the skills, behaviours and attitudes they need to get the job they want. They also receive the necessary support and guidance throughout, combined with high quality and exclusive online content which enhances their chance of success and gives them the confidence to go forward.

We also aim to provide our young people with a positive, fulfilling and enjoyable experience they will remember for the rest of their lives.
